Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the UltiHash software and services ("Software"), to users (”User”) provided by UltiHash, Inc. ("Licensor"). By accessing or using the Software, User agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Access and Registration

Licenses Grant

Licensor hereby grants User non-transferable, non-exclusive licenses to use the Software in accordance with these Terms. The Software is proprietary and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. User is prohibited from modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Software and any related services are owned by the Licensor. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Software is strictly prohibited.

Software Use and Restrictions

The Software may be used only in accordance with local laws where it is employed, provided such use complies with applicable Delaware law. Unauthorized use, including but not limited to unauthorized copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works, is prohibited.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account information, including passwords. Users agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations in their use of the Software and to not upload or transmit any content that violates these laws.

Updates and Maintenance

Updates to the Software will be issued and documented publicly on our website.

Data Handling and Privacy

Our data handling and privacy terms follow GDPR guidelines and can be found here.

Feedback and Reporting Issues

We value feedback from our users that we collect via ultihash.io/feedback, and encourage reporting of any issues via our bug bounty program at bugbounty@ultihash.io.

Cancellation

The Licensor reserves the right to delete accounts violating these terms immediately. The Licensor also reserves the right to delete Freemium access that has been inactive for a period longer than 365 days and to discontinue the Freemium service at any given time with a notice of 90 days.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first seek resolution through arbitration or mediation before resorting to litigation in Delaware courts.

Termination

The Licensor reserves the right to terminate your access to the Software without notice and without liability if User breaches these Terms.

Changes to Terms

The Licensor reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users continued use of the Software following such modifications constitutes the acceptance of the new Terms.
